Field trips run Monday through Friday, 10:00–11:30 AM only. Your group gets exclusive access to the play space — no general public during your visit. Groups of 10–30 children. A $125 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Balance is invoiced after your final headcount is confirmed 5 days before your visit.

Cancellation Policy
This $125 deposit is non-refundable and applied toward your field trip balance. By purchasing this plan you agree to the Busy Bee Play Cafe Field Trip Policies. Cancellations made 7+ days before your visit receive 100% credit. Cancellations 3–6 days before receive 50% credit. Under 3 days receive 25% credit. Day-of cancellations and no-shows receive no credit. All cancellations are issued as credit, not a cash refund. Emergency cancellations with documentation receive 100% credit regardless of notice.
