BOOKING & PAYMENT Book 14+ days advance $100 non-refundable deposit Final payment due 7 days before Final guest count due 3 days before Weekends only: Sat/Sun CANCELLATION (Credit-Based) 30+ days: 100% credit (12mo) 15-29 days: 75% credit (9mo) 7-14 days: 50% credit (6mo) <7 days: 25% credit (3mo) Day-of/no-show: No credit Credits for parties, passes, café. Emergency = 100% credit with proof. Refunds only for billing errors/closure. PARTY DAY Signed waiver required: busybeeplaycafe.com/waiver Parents stay & supervise Grippy socks required ($4/pair) Late start = no extra time Ages 0-8 preferred (max 12); max 20 children FOOD & SAFETY You provide ALL food/drinks 100% NUT-FREE facility required NO confetti, glitter, silly string Birthday cake from licensed bakery only We may end party for violations (no refund) NOT a drop-off facility LIABILITY You assume play risks and guest damage responsibility. We maintain insurance but not liable for normal play injuries. WEATHER Facility closure = 100% credit (12mo). You can't travel but we're open = standard policy (severe weather exception available).
