We are so excited to welcome your group to Busy Bee Play Cafe! Field trips run Monday through Friday, 10:00-11:30 AM. Complete the form below to officially request your date. A $125 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The space will be reserved exclusively for your group during this time, no general public visitors.
Your final headcount, submitted 5 days before your visit, determines your confirmed pricing and total balance owed. Groups of 20 or more children must provide a minimum of 3 adult chaperones (4 recommended for larger groups); groups under 20 need a minimum of 2.
IMPORTANT: every child must have a completed waiver signed by their own parent or legal guardian before they may enter the play area. A coordinator or teacher cannot sign on a family's behalf.
