Welcome to busybeeplaycafe.com. This Party Policies document applies to Busy Bee Play Cafe LLC and governs birthday party bookings and services. By booking a party with Busy Bee Play Cafe LLC, you consent to and agree to be bound by the policies described in this document.

Party Package Options
Busy Bee Play Cafe offers birthday party packages for children. Our website allows families to reserve birthday party packages and learn about our facility, services, and party options.
Busy Bee Bash - $450
Perfect for: Hands-on party planners who want creative control
Busy Bee Provides:
• Exclusive Venue Use
• 2 hours party time
• 30 minutes early access for setup
• 1 kids' table + 10 chairs
• Basic cutlery, plates, napkins, cups
• Up to 10 children included
• Birthday child receives FREE grippy socks
Additional children: $10 each (maximum 20 children total)

• Setup and cleanup

Deluxe Bee Celebration - $850
Perfect for: Busy parents who want everything handled
Busy Bee Provides:
• Exclusive Venue Use
• 2 hours party time
• 30 minutes setup time (handled by us)
• 2 kids' tables + 15 children's chairs
• Themed cutlery, plates, napkins, cups
• Custom backdrop & balloons to match your theme
• Custom welcome sign
• Dedicated party coordinator for setup
• Favor wall backdrop with balloons
• Custom party favors coordinated to theme
• Birthday child receives FREE grippy socks
Additional children: $15 each (maximum 25 children total)

Busy Bee Bash: $10 per child (can add up to 10 more for total of 20 children).
Deluxe Bee Celebration: $15 per child (can add up to 10 more for total of 25 children).
Maximum capacity: 30 total children for safety reasons.
Custom PhotoBooth - $250
Professional photo booth setup with unlimited digital photos, instant photo sharing via email or text, and digital photo gallery delivered within 48 hours.
Cake Stand - $15
Decorative tiered cake stand perfect for showcasing your birthday cake with professional presentation for photos.
Booking and Payment Requirements
Reservation Requirements
To book a party at Busy Bee Play Cafe, you must reserve your party at least 14 days in advance. Party availability is limited to weekend days (Saturday and Sunday).
A minimum $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Final payment is due 7 days before your party date. Final guest count is due 3 days before your party date.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods through our secure online booking system.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
We understand plans can change. Our credit-based cancellation system offers flexibility.
Cancellation Timeframes
Cancellations made 30+ days before the party receive 100% credit valid for 12 months. Cancellations made 15-29 days before receive 75% credit valid for 9 months. Cancellations made 7-14 days before receive 50% credit valid for 6 months. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the party receive 25% credit valid for 3 months. Day-of cancellations and no-shows receive no credit.
Credit Usage
Credits can be applied to future party bookings, daily passes, or cafe purchases. Credits are transferable to other family members. Emergency cancellations with documentation receive 100% credit regardless of notice period.
Refund Exceptions
Cash refunds (instead of credits) are only issued for duplicate charges or billing errors, facility closure, or at management's discretion for exceptional circumstances.
Party Day Policies
Arrival and Setup
For Busy Bee Bash parties, you may arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled party time for setup. You handle all setup and decorations. You're welcome to bring additional decorations (see restrictions below).
For Deluxe Bee Celebration parties, our team handles setup during the 30-minute setup window. Parents may arrive during the 30-minute setup window.
Waivers
A signed waiver is REQUIRED for EVERY child before entering the play area. Waivers can be completed online at busybeeplaycafe.com/waiver or signed at check-in. Every child must have an active waiver on file - no exceptions.
Supervision
All parents and guardians must stay and supervise their children. Busy Bee Play Cafe is NOT a drop-off facility. Parents and guardians must remain on premises during the entire party.
Grippy Socks
Grippy socks are required for all children and adults on play equipment. Grippy socks are available for purchase at $4/pair. The birthday child receives FREE grippy socks with the party package.
Late Start
If you arrive late, your party time is not extended. We cannot extend party time on the day of your event due to scheduled bookings.
End of Party
For Busy Bee Bash parties, you are responsible for cleanup. All guests must exit by your scheduled end time.
For Deluxe Bee Celebration parties, our team handles all cleanup. All guests must exit by your scheduled end time.
Failure to exit on time results in additional charges.
Food and Beverage Policies
What You Provide
You must provide ALL food and beverages for your party (both packages). Our facility is 100% NUT-FREE. This includes peanuts, tree nuts, and products containing nuts. Please inform all guests of this requirement. Birthday cake must be from a licensed bakery. We recommend informing your bakery of our nut-free policy.
What We Provide
We provide cutlery, plates, napkins, and cups (basic for Busy Bee Bash, themed for Deluxe). We also provide tables and chairs.
Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited: any products containing nuts or nut traces, alcohol or alcoholic beverages, and glass containers or dishware.
Safety and Supervision
Age Requirements
Our preferred age range is 0-6 years old. The maximum age is 10 years old. Children outside this age range may attend but activities are designed for younger children.
Capacity Limits
For Busy Bee Bash, the maximum is 20 children total (10 included + up to 10 additional). For Deluxe Bee Celebration, the maximum is 25 children total (20 included + up to 5 additional). Adult supervision is required at all times. Busy Bee Play Cafe is NOT a drop-off facility. Parents and guardians must remain on premises.
Safety Rules
Children must be supervised by their parents or guardians at all times. You must follow all posted safety guidelines. Staff has authority to enforce safety rules. Rough play or unsafe behavior will result in warnings. Repeated violations may result in party termination without refund.
Decorations and Entertainment
Busy Bee Bash Decorations (You Decorate)
Allowed decorations include: balloons (latex or foil), banners and signs, tablecloths and centerpieces, and photo props and backdrops.
Prohibited decorations include: confetti, glitter, silly string, piñatas, items requiring tape, tacks, or adhesives on walls, and open flame candles (battery-operated only).
Deluxe Bee Celebration Decorations (We Decorate)
We provide custom backdrop and balloons matching your theme, custom welcome sign, themed table settings, and favor wall backdrop with balloons.
Outside Entertainment (Both Packages)
You may bring outside entertainment such as face painters, balloon artists, magicians, etc. Entertainment providers must arrive and depart within your party time, provide proof of liability insurance, set up in space designated by Busy Bee staff, and notify us at least 7 days in advance.
Liability and Responsibility
Assumption of Risk
By booking a party at Busy Bee Play Cafe, you acknowledge that active play involves inherent risks, you assume responsibility for your guests' safety and behavior, you are responsible for any damage caused by your party guests, and normal play-related minor injuries are not the facility's liability.
Insurance
Busy Bee Play Cafe maintains comprehensive liability insurance. We are not liable for personal injuries resulting from normal play activities, lost or stolen personal belongings, or damage to personal property.
Guest Behavior
You are responsible for your guests' behavior. Damage to facility property will be billed to the party host. We reserve the right to end parties for violation of safety rules, destruction of property, or endangerment of other guests. Refunds will not be issued for terminated parties.
Weather and Emergency Policies
Facility-Initiated Cancellations
If we must close due to severe weather or emergencies, you receive 100% credit valid for 12 months. We will notify you via email and phone as soon as possible. You may reschedule for any available date.
Guest-Initiated Weather Cancellations
If the facility remains open but you choose not to travel, standard cancellation policy applies.
Exception: Severe weather warnings for your area equal 100% credit with documentation.

Special Accommodations
Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary needs when booking. We'll help you plan around food allergies. Remember: Our facility is 100% NUT-FREE.
Special Needs
We welcome children of all abilities. Please inform us of any special accommodations needed. We'll work with you to ensure all guests have a wonderful time.

Photo and Video Policy
Professional Photography
You may bring a professional photographer. Photographers must stay within party area during play time. Please notify us at least 7 days in advance.
Social Media
We may take photos during your party for our social media. We will always request permission before posting. You may opt out at any time.
Additional Terms
Modification of Policies
Busy Bee Play Cafe LLC reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Changes apply to new bookings after revision date.
Management Discretion
Management has final authority on all policy matters. Special circumstances will be handled case-by-case. We're committed to making your party special while maintaining safety.
